Our facility is equipped to handle any volume and our quality control is top notch.

  • We start with a multiple stage, variable speed phosphate pre-treat wash system with a maintained ph level to clean all items allowing for the best powder adhesion possible with no defects.

  • We hand scuff all galvanized metal or aluminum for proper pre-treat and powder adhesion.

  • We have the ability to chemically strip old powder coat off delicate parts and a controlled paralysis burnoff oven to minimize any risk of damage to your parts.

  • We have 3 ovens capable of curing any part you would like coated. Our large batch oven for any item with atypical size or dimmensions and two conveyorized ovens capable of running any length part and any quantity.

We offer a wide array of specialized services to meet your needs.

  • We use silicone plugs and high temperature masking tape to cover any threaded holes or other areas you do not want coated which preserves the integrity of the part so as to not render it unusable

  • We offer full packing and shipping services to meet your needs. We can pack each part in a cell in its own box, cover it with any material (plastic, paper, etc.), and ship to where you need it.

  • We also coat parts that require special considerations for quality concerns (see below).

  • We specialize in the niche market, coating parts that require special consideration and procedures. We will develop new, proprietary methods for any part that is difficult to coat with standard procedures along with any special packing instructions

  • D-3359 Adhesion test

  • D-3363 Pencil Hardness test

  • D-7091-12 Thickness test

  • We also have our own thermoprofiling Datapaq to make sure your part is cured correctly.

We are proud to offer our full line of products and supplied items to hobby coaters everywhere. We have extensive experience mixing custom powder colors and types and are proud to offer our custom mixes to the public.

We have painstakingly tried and tested powders for more than a decade to find the best product and have chosen only the best based on quality and not the lowest bidder. Every single powder we sell is used in our shop for our customers from consumers up to the corporate level. Beware of other powder sellers that do not test their powder or use them regularly. It takes large suppliers with years of manufacturing experience to provide a product that has the best characteristics and doesn't end up giving you a subpar look.

We are open Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm and Friday 8-am-12pm. Come in with anything you would like customized, and we can help you pick out a color and quote you a price. You can coat many things to make a statement, your address plates, your bicycles, even your mailbox. We have an infinite variety of colors and finishes for your coating needs. You can have one of a kind decor and an enviable color and finish on your car parts. We even offer custom color mixing so you can have an individual item exactly as you want it.

We can restore anything to showroom condition. Our restoration services are particularly high quality because we are not using paint which can chip or deteriorate much faster than any powder coat finish. Our finish will remain strong and we can color match your item to its original color or give it a whole new look.
