Powder Coating is your opportunity to get a durable finish while being friendly to the environment.  

• No CFC's (Chlorofluorocarbons), VOC's (Volatile Organic Compounds), or HAP's (Hazardous Air Pollutants) - Powder Coating releases no harmful fumes into the environment unlike paint and lacquer.

• Reusable Overspray - Powder coat overspray that doesn't hit the part can be caught and recycled back leaving almost no actual waste.

• No Waste Disposal - Because powder can be reclaimed and returned to a hopper for re-circulation there is no waste disposal equipment necessary.

• Less Exhaust - Powder coating is a clean process which allows air from the spray booth to circulate throughout the plant, therefore lowering heating and cooling costs for make-up air being exhausted from the plant.
